By downloading and purchasing the files, you agree to be bound by this license agreement. Learn what you can and can't do with the files you'll get after the purchase.
In short, you're allowed to
Use Random State UI in unlimited projects for yourself and for your clients. This includes commercial projects (such as websites, SaaS apps, apps, and products), client work, and personal projects. By purchasing or downloading Random State UI, you are agreeing to the below licensing agreement.
You're not allowed to
Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense the file or any of its assets, whether original or modified.
Use Random State UI to create a competing product such as another template, UI kit, design system, theme, or framework (free or paid).
Include the original design files in your product or make them publicly accessible (e.g. in shared drives, public Figma files, or repositories).
Participate in group buys, share access beyond the licensed user(s), or upload the files to piracy sites or communities.
Licensing Agreement
By purchasing or downloading Random State UI ("Item") you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions.
This grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide right to utilise the digital work ('Item').
You are licesensed to use the purchased Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients, and these End Products may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.
What is a user?
A "user" is defined as anyone in your organisation or professional team using the Random State UI files, either as a direct editor or as a user of a library of published components.
What is an End Product?
The End Product is a customised implementation of the Item. For instance, the Item could be a package of UI elements, and the End Product could be your unique finished design for a website, web app or mobile app.
You are allow to:
You may create an End Product for a client;
You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use;
You are allowed to combine the Item with other works and create derivative works from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license;
You may sell, license, sub-license or distributed and make any number of copies of the End Product;
This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects;
You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organisation for participants only if you've bought 1 license per team member using the Item. Doing so allows you to give edit permissions to other team members of your company.
You are not allowed to:
You can't share the Item link into the web or distribute it (e.g. embed) with Figma public access;
You can't share the item to Figma Community;
You can't place any of Item design files into the End Product as it is;
You can't redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g. Shopify, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind and similar platforms). You can't do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item;
You can't re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications;
You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product;
You can't publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people unless you bought 1 license for each person using the file.

Refund policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only in cases of serious technical issues with the file that prevent its intended use.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, past re-purchases, or lack of familiarity with Figma.
We don’t yet offer a free version of Random State UI. Instead, we suggest that you preview it in Figma before purchasing one or more licenses. It’s also currently priced at a massive early-stage discount. The system will only grow and expand from here on, and you’re eligible for lifetime updates, including the custom icon set that comes with the file.
If we issue a refund, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and are not permitted to use Random State UI in projects (including personal/non-commercial projects).
Important
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, especially if you've previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates.
